The noise of the graphical output under visco-elastic analysis

After comparison, I found in 3D-Move, the elastic result is very smooth expected, but the visco-elastic result has lots of noise there. Could somebody explain it, please? Thanks!

The "noise" in the response is related to the rough pavement surface used in the analysis which is reflected by a dynamic load coefficient (DLC) of 0.218. In order to obtain a smooth response your DLC value should be equal to zero.
