Asymmetrical deflection in visco-elastic analysis under moving load?

Hello

I used 3D-Move to evaluate the asymmetrical deflection basin expected from a dynamic moving load on a visco-elastic HMA pavement structure. However, the results from 3D-move show a symmetrical deflection basin. I like to know if the effect of load wave and viscous rebound are included in the software.
I used different load speeds of 5mph and 60mph.

Thanks

In general the deflection profile should not be symmetrical for both single and dual tire configurations (this is mainly a damping related issue). Also, the use of the Dynamic Loading Coefficient (DLC) can mask the real response computed by 3D-Move by introducing a “random variability” to the response. Therefore, try to run 3D-Move without DLC.
